Our Manifesto

A company’s numbers should have one defensible basis. Not three.

Every important financial decision starts with one question: which numbers do we trust? Too often the answer depends on who built the model, which adjustments they made, and which version of the file survived the last meeting. Three analysts, three answers. The decision gets made on the loudest one.

We’ve lived it. In a restructuring with an airline’s survival on the line, three advisors were asked the same question and gave three different answers. No one was wrong. Everyone had standardized the statements their own way. The argument wasn’t about strategy. It was about the numbers underneath it.

That shouldn’t be the job.

Finance shouldn’t spend its best hours reconciling spreadsheets. It should spend them deciding. So we’re building the layer underneath the decision: every filing standardized the same way, every figure traceable to its source.

One basis. Traced to source.

When the numbers are settled, what’s left is judgment. That’s the part worth your time.
